1. Organization
1.1. The LEGO Super Mario QUIZ competition is organized by LEGO BELGIUM, whose
the registered office is located at 2930 Brasschaat, Ruiterijschool 5, BCE
0403.020.350 (hereinafter referred to as “the organizer” or “LEGO”). This
competition takes place through the website
www.dreamland.be/concours-lego-super-mario.
1.2. Participants in this competition declare that they accept the entirety of the
rules, as well as its appendices and any decision related to this competition.
1.3. LEGO has the right to modify these regulations for provisions not
essential.
1.4. In the event of force majeure or any other circumstance beyond its control
control, LEGO reserves the right to postpone, reduce the duration of the
competition, to cancel or end it, partially or not. Otherwise,
LEGO also reserves the right to postpone, reduce or cancel
contest rules, information and prizes.
1.5. The changes referred to in Articles 1.3 and 1.4 will take effect after being
notified to the participant via the e-mail address provided. The
notification of the modification is communicated simultaneously to all
registered attendees.
2. Conditions of participation – running of the competition
2.1. The LEGO Contest is open to anyone who is not directly and
personally linked to the organization of this competition.
2.2. Participation in the competition is only possible upon presentation of a
explicit permission to participate from a parent or guardian.
